177. Costs incurred for an interpreter needed by a person who is a victim to communicate with the Minister, when the interpreter is a member of the Ordre professionel des traducteurs, terminologues et interprètes agréés du Québec, may be reimbursed.
When such an interpreter is not available, the costs incurred for the services of another person able to provide the same service may be reimbursed, at the same rate.
